All items need to be inside their original packaging and in new condition (no scratches, discoloration, dings, other signs of wear or damage).
All packaging must also be in new condition.
Packaging must not be torn or need replacement to be sold.
Pack Items Carefully
Returned items are the customer's responsibility until they reach us.
Make sure items can't get damaged or come out of their individual packaging on the way.
This includes screws tightly sealed in their bags so they don't toss around in transit.
We recommend adding extra padding inside the shipper box.
If you can feel items moving around inside the box when sealed, they need to be repacked to ensure they are not damaged during shipping.
Print & Ship
Print and attach the return shipping label provided via email.
The return shipping label is good for 2 weeks from the time it's issued.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing once we receive your return shipment, and look out for a notification with refund information in that time frame.
Items that did not follow the policy will not be eligible for a refund.
