FULLFILLMENT LEAD TIMES
How long before you ship my order?
+- Most items are fulfilled within 5 business days of placing an order.
- All fulfillment lead times are noted on the product page.
- Expedited shipping will not decrease the fulfillment time. For example, if today is Monday and you select next day air at checkout, the product will be fulfilled the following Monday and will arrive to you by Tuesday or Wednesday (6-7 business days after placing the order).
- Arrival estimates provided at checkout include fulfillment times.
EXPEDITED FULLFILLMENT
Do you offer expedited fulfillment?
+- If you need the product earlier and can’t wait 5 business days for us to process your order, we do offer expedited fulfillment.
- For a 10% upcharge we can fulfill your order within 2 days of being placed.
- Please contact sales@inspirehardware.com to inquire about expedited fulfillment.
- The 10% upcharge does not include expedited shipping, expedited shipping speed must be selected and paid for by the customer.
- All expedited fulfillment orders must be placed by 5pm Pacific Time to be considered for that day. For example, orders placed after 5pm Pacific Time on a Monday will be fulfilled on Wednesday.
SHIPPING
How are your shipping costs calculated?
+- All orders ship free in the continental US and US territories.
- Shipping speed on all other orders is determined by weight and location.
- Expedited shipping is an additional charge on all orders.
How long does your free shipping take?
+- Free shipping typically goes via USPS Ground and takes between 3-8 business days. For large packages and packages that weigh over 20 lbs, Inspire Hardware may ship via UPS at our discretion. However, when selecting free shipping at checkout, the shipping carrier is not guaranteed.
- If you are not able to receive USPS deliveries at your address, please select UPS shipping. UPS shipping is not included with our free shipping.
Can I expedite my shipping?
+- Yes! Expedited shipping is available for all orders, for an additional charge. Important to note that expediting shipping does not cut down the fulfillment time before an order ships, this only cuts the shipping time.
- We offer expedited options for USPS and UPS.
How can I get an expedited shipping estimate?
+- You can easily see estimated expedited shipping options and costs at checkout.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
+- You will receive a shipping notification email. Note tracking typically takes 24-48 hours to update by the shipping carrier once the shipping notification has gone out.
- You can use the tracking number in the email to see if your package is on its way.
- You can also use or Tracking My Order page to check on your order, simply by entering your order number or email associated with the order.
Where can I find my tracking information?
+- You will receive a shipping notification email that includes your tracking number.
How do I change the shipping address on my order?
+- We can only change a shipping address before an order has been fulfilled. If you’ve already received an email with a tracking number we don’t have the ability to change the shipping address with the shipping carrier. Please email us at info@inspirehardware.com or submit an inquiry through the Contact Us form to discuss.
- If your tracking number has been issued and the package(s) already picked up by the carrier, there is not much we can do to change the shipping address. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Do you ship internationally?
+- Yes, we do ship to Canada, Mexico, the UK, Spain, and Australia! Customs duties are the customer’s responsibility.
What if my order is returned due to failed delivery?
+- We track all of our customers' orders to ensure they've reached their final destination. If your package is returned to us, we will contact you to try resolving the issue. Additional shipping charges may apply if we were not at fault for the failed delivery.

How can I check the status of my order?
+- Please start by checking your tracking number.
- You can also use our Track My Order page.

Can I make changes to my order?
+- If you haven't received a tracking number yet, we'll do our best to accommodate changes for non-custom orders.
- Shoot us an email or submit an inquiry through our Contact Us form.
Can I cancel my order?
+- For non-custom orders, if you haven't received a tracking number yet, we'll do our best to accommodate changes. Credit card processing fees may apply.
- Custom orders are not refundable after they’ve been placed.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
+- This information can be found at checkout, on your order confirmation email, or by tracking your order once your tracking number is available.
- Before placing an order, please take note of the standard fulfillment time noted on the product page, together with standard shipping times for the shipping speed selected at checkout. Most items ship within 5 business days. Some items require a longer processing time, and they are noted on the product page for every item. Custom order lead time estimates are provided upon quoting.
- We strive to ensure orders are fulfilled in a timely manner, but fulfillment lead times cannot be guaranteed to be shortened without paying for an expedited fulfillment fee (10%).
- We offer expedited shipping in cases where you're crunched for time. Extra charges may apply for expedited shipping. Internal processing time cannot be shortened.
Will I receive all the items in my order at the same time?
+- We want to reduce waste as much as you do, so we will do our best to send all items in 1 package.
- If for any reason we need to send multiple packages because only part of your order is available, we will typically ask you via email if you'd like us to send multiple shipments or wait for the full order to be ready.
What if my order is missing an item?
+- Contact Us immediately so we can resolve the issue. We will do our best to make things right.
- Please note that orders are photographed before they ship. Upon receiving a missing item notification we refer to photo records to verify if items were included in a shipment.
